Desk work doesn’t have to be detrimental to your physical well-being. In this 30-minute lunch session, join Jody Doby and Dr. Delaine Fowler as they walk through some easy desk yoga, ergonomics, and stretching steps that you can incorporate into your day. With some minor adjustments and a few extra minutes of self-care, you’ll be on your way to a lower stress and more physically rewarding work experience.
