Ask-a-Business Lawyer Legal Clinic
Need to know how to set up your business? Have an intellectual property concern? Maybe it is a tax impact issue. The pro bono legal clinic for startups and small business owners can help you.
On Saturday, November 16 the IDEA Center will host the free legal clinic “Ask-a-Business-Lawyer”, for startups and small business owners. It will be held at the Gateway Building in the Chamber of Commerce, located at 204 East Innes Street, Salisbury, NC. The clinic starts at 9:00 AM. Attorneys providing the clinic are Margaret Kocaj and Rocky Cabagnot, both licensed by the NC State Bar.
The volunteer attorneys are available for brief advice and referral only. All conversations are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. You are not creating an attorney-client relationship beyond the session.
