Power in Partnership Breakfast

Health Care to be Focus of April PIP!
 
The Rowan Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the April Power In Partnership (PIP) speaker will be Jeff Kuehn, Operational Supervisor and a Flight Paramedic with the Novant Health AirLink helicopter. The breakfast will be held Thurs., April 16, 7:30 a.m. at Trinity Oaks (728 Klumac Rd.).  April PIP sponsor is Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Kuehn serves as the on-site leader for the AirLink-4 base and brings 20 years of experience in emergency medical services, including scene response and inter-facility transports for both adult and pediatric critical care patients. A Navy veteran, Kuehn also served as a Captain/Paramedic and a field training officer with Bluffton Township Fire District, where he led medical training and quality improvement initiatives. Kuehn has an associate’s degree in Fire Science, completed the University of Florida Critical Care Paramedic Program, and maintains multiple advanced life support, critical care, and trauma transport credentials. He has been recognized for excellence and innovation, including the Bluffton Township Fire District Medal of Honor and multiple Firefighter of the Year awards, and has contributed to system improvements, implementing the PIT crew cardiac arrest protocol and the quality improvement program.
 
 The last PIP of this season is on May 21 and features the Leadership Rowan graduation with a noted leadership speaker.  We will take a break for the summer and resume the PIP season in Sept. 2026 – May 2027. The Chamber’s popular Power Card will once again be offered for those who would like to take advantage of the PIP frequent attender program. Power Card holders receive a discounted price for the series and do not have to make a reservation each month.
 
The Chamber’s breakfast programs average over 120 attendees each month. Sponsors will have the exclusive marketing rights to the banquet room and provide a five-minute sponsor profile on their company. Partner agencies will share updates with the local business leaders and address issues of concern for the entire region. The Leadership Rowan Class will start their day at the breakfast and then venture out for each day’s session focused on a different aspect of the community.

If you are not a Power Card holder, individual reservations are welcome; however, the reservation deadline is Tues., April 14 by 4:30 p.m. The cost is $30 for members and $55 for non-members.
