About Us
Trinity Oaks Retirement Community is a continuing care retirement community nestled on 50 acres in Salisbury, NC, and is designed for active senior adults. Our community has one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom/two-bath cottage homes, wellness programs, a pool, and a restaurant. We also have skilled nursing and rehabilitation, assisted living, and home health services through Trinity at Home. Our other services include adult day care through Trinity Living Center, chaplaincy services, in-house pharmacy, scheduled transportation, a social worker at our Trinity Oaks Health and Rehab center, and an alzheimer support group for families led by teammates from Trinity at Home. Some nursing services are Medicare/Medicaid-approved.
