About Us
The Terrie Hess Child Advocacy Center is a nationally accredited child advocacy center serving Rowan County as a safe and welcoming place where children and families affected by abuse or trauma can find hope, healing, and support. We partner closely with local law enforcement, social services, and healthcare providers to coordinate compassionate, trauma-informed care right here in our community. Our goal is to protect children, strengthen families, and build a safer Rowan County for everyone.
