Red Rock Developments is the much-anticipated commercial development just off I-85 on Long Ferry Road. Barker will speak on why Red Rock chose Rowan County\, and why they are excited about the future of this community.\n\n \n\nBarker leads overall development strategy for Red Rock. His primary focus at Red Rock Developments is to provide oversight and manage the procurement for all developments from ground up\, construction\, leasing and selling. Over his career\, John has completed millions of square feet of development-related projects from build-to suit and sale/leasebacks to construction program and project management. Some of his past clients include\, PVH\, Inc. GXO\, JM Smuckers\, TTI\, Duracell\, Coca Cola\, and Visual Comfort.\n\n \n\nOther PIP speakers include top North Carolina elected officials and business leaders. The dates for the 2024-25 season are: Oct. 17\; Nov. 21\; Dec. 19\; Jan. 16\; Feb. 20\; March 20 April 17\; and\, May 15.
